IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING CLINIC
- · All clinics are closed on bank holidays.
- For provision of mobility aids, please contact your GP
- We do not carry out housing assessments at clinic
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff. Individuals who do not treat staff with respect will be asked to leave the clinic and may not receive an assessment.

Please attend the clinic yourself so we can assess your needs directly. Due to GDPR and confidentiality requirements, we cannot discuss your needs with someone attending on your behalf.
** CHRISTMAS CLOSURES- all clinics will be closed from 23rd December 2026 and will reopen on the 4th Jan 2027 unless stated in the table below. **

This service is for Birmingham residents only. If your home address is outside Birmingham, we will be unable to complete an assessment or provide Occupational Therapy recommendations. Thank you for your understanding.
Please bring along documents for the assessor to note such as:
- Prescription/ list of medications
- Letters which detail any diagnosis or health conditions
- Photos of relevant parts of the property you wish to discuss

Will everyone who attends be seen at Clinic?
Not necessarily no. There may be times when OT clinics are very busy and not everyone can be seen, even if arriving before the session ends, there may be the possibility that, in these circumstances the clinic would be at capacity and you would be asked to attend on another day or go to an alternative clinic.
