Elwood Day Centre is a BCC Service for adults with physical disabilities. It offers encouragement and support to enable people to be as independent as possible in their daily living activities and to have a voice in relation to how they receive all aspects of their care.   This service is for people who have neurological conditions (i.e. strokes, MS, epilepsy etc.), sensory impairment, head injury, Fibromyalgia, working age dementia, long term health conditions, learning disabilities, mental health issues and hospital discharges. Activities offered are listed below: - Computers - Crafts - Cooking (basic meals & snacks) - Sign posting for community activities - Music therapy - Travel Training - Seated exercise classes - Self-help skills The service is available Monday - Friday 09:00 – 16:15 Pricing depends on level of needs and transport requirement; the banding and prices are detailed below: - People with Learning/Physical Disabilities Level 1 & 2 - with transport £73.00  - People with Learning/Physical Disabilities Level 1 & 2 - without transport £61.00 - People with Learning/Physical Disabilities Level 3 - with transport £95.00  - People with Learning/Physical Disabilities Level 3 - without transport £82.00  - People with Learning/Physical Disabilities Level 4 - with transport £122.00  - People with Learning/Physical Disabilities Level 4 - without transport £110.00
