Introduction to Yang-Style Tai Chi

Outline/aims of the Short Break:    To provide an understanding of Tai Chi, as well as demonstration of the essential movements. The activity aims to help participants to experience Taichi and to decide if it is a suitable exercise to improve wellbeing.

Who is this  for? Adult Carers or their cared-for person

What days/times is this item available through the week ? *  Thursday afternoons (13:30pm-15:00pm)

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the activity
