Transparent Care is a specialist support provider of Residential and Supported living services for Adults with learning disabilities. Our vision is to offer high quality care and support in an environment that promotes positive wellbeing and maximises their potential to live as independently as possible. As founders of Transparent Care, Karen Garner & Andrea Morris have over 20 years’ experience of providing Learning disability services and as an operational management team we all come with years of experience of delivering care & support services to a variety of customer groups across the country. Our collective experience, knowledge and drive, gives us a strong understanding of the care & Support industry but as people, we are passionate about what we do and genuinely believe in delivering good quality, value for money services to people with learning disabilities that achieve real outcomes.

We are working in partnership with a Housing association and a property partner to deliver a holistic service that provides the benefits of having your own tenancy with the support they need to live as independently as possible while remaining safe within their community.

Pricing
£16.50 per hour (exclusive of enhanced care and service fees).
