The Domestic Abuse (DA) Hub is a comprehensive advice, information and guidance service, delivered by Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid, which provides access to a range of support across the city for all survivors of domestic abuse, and can also advise friends, family members and professionals. The in-person drop-in service offers a safe space, with a specialist multi-disciplinary team, delivering support by women, for women and children suffering domestic abuse.
The DA Hub offers holistic, early-intervention support, helping women navigate services from initial helpline contact through to drop-in advice and onward referral into specialist support, both short and long-term. The DA Hub focuses on prevention and reducing escalation, providing practical and safety-focused assistance including welfare benefits advice, debt management, risk assessment, safety planning and support to meet a wide range of individual needs.
Support from the DA Hub is trauma-informed and survivor-centred, seeking to prevent escalation of risk and support long-term recovery.

Women-only drop-in sessions are also available at the Theresa Stewart Women’s Centre, Bank House, 36 Bristol Street, Birmingham B5 7AA for the following times:-
- Monday and Tuesday 10am to 4pm
- Wednesday 1pm to 4pm
- Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm.
