What is Digi Buddies and what support do we offer?

Digi buddies is a project that we launched during the Covid 19 lockdown to keep all our service users connected to family, friends and society regardless of any restrictions.

We offer free mobile phones, digital tablets, ring doorbells and internet dongles. we are also working alongside the national databank offering six months’ worth of free data texts and calls.

With all of our devices, we offer six digital support sessions proving 1:1 basic digital skills on how to use your device and to stay safe online.

These are eligible for any of our service users that have been recently discharged from hospital or adults over the age of 18 in the Birmingham area, that are on a low income or have no access to funds.
