For anyone who provides care for a loved one or has done so in the past, come along and enjoy a variety of well-being activities.
All are welcome to attend, no need to sign up.
Every Wednesday 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Hawkesley Community Centre, 51 Edgewood Rd, Kings Norton, B38 9RN.
