We offer a wide range of well-being and fitness activities. Gym, Swimming (adults, women only, women and girls, aqua for women), Sauna and Steam Room, Fitness Classes, and Sports Clubs.
Different types of membership are available including reduced leisure costs and free use of the gym, pool, and activities, for local residents.

Walking on Mondays 13:00-14:45
50+ Extend (ladies only) on Wednesdays 11:00-11:45
PSI Chair Exercises on Fridays 11:15-12:15
Free Badminton and Table Tennis on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00-11:00.
