Home Instead Memory Cafes (Sutton Coldfield)

Our cafes are a safe place where people living with dementia, along with their family member/friend/carer can meet, make friends, have fun, interact and be stimulated.  Our cafes encourage friendship. provide emotional support and reduce the isolation often felt.  They offer the opportunity to have regular interaction with like minded individuals living with memory loss.  Members feel they belong and find recognition and acceptance.  Fun activities are available for everyone to take part in if they wish but there is no obligation or pressure to do so.  Shared activities can promote a sense of belonging, enjoyment and pleasure whilst evoking long lost happy memories.  ALL ATTENDEES MUST SHOW PROOF OF BOTH COVID VACCINATIONS. £5 per person or £8 per couple
