Our Friends First Community Group every fortnight on Monday 1 - 2 pm at Cornerstone Kitchen is a great way to get out and socialise and make new friends in a safe local space!

If you are not feeling confident enough to go out and meet new people can support you to start to build your confidence and social
network by:
Finding local activities that match your interests.
Providing support from a friendly volunteer; from telephone calls to accompanying you to groups and even just going for a walk around
your neighbourhood.
