Allens Cross Over 60’s Lunch and Social Club has been bringing people together since the 1980s, creating a friendly, supportive space where older people and people with disabilities can relax, make friends and feel part of the community.

🍳 Light breakfast and a delicious two-course home-cooked lunch
🌿 Raffles with fresh fruit and produce from our award-winning garden
🤝 Friendly volunteers offering companionship and support
💬 Emotional and pastoral support from our activities co-ordinator

• Singing, crafts and games
• Mindfulness, meditation and chair yoga
• Gentle and seated exercise sessions (‘System-Fit’)
• Community garden planting and simple crafts
• Storytelling with Anna
• Classic film memories of Birmingham (‘Grey’s’)
• Bingo, raffles and visiting professional entertainers
