Banners Gate Counselling Centre (Sutton Coldfield)

We are pleased that the Centre has returned to providing face to face counselling in a COVID safe environment. The option of remote counselling is still available either via a video platform like Zoom, or by telephone if that is more preferable.

We are an independent professional voluntary organisation providing counselling for adults 18 years of age to over 90 in the local community.  We have an open access policy welcoming self-referrals as well as clients referred by the medical profession or by recommendation.  Our dedicated suite provides a warm welcoming safe, confidential environment and our aim is to give you the best possible experience of counselling.  We do have a stair lift to our first floor suite should you find stairs difficult

We offer an accessible and affordable counselling service and as a Registered Charity we are non-profit making. Essential running costs for our service are met by regular weekly client contributions.  We ask for a registration fee of £10 for the first visit which is an introduction to your counselling. Thereafter we ask for £20 for each successive session, however if this presents difficulties for you we are always happy to negotiate if you would like to talk to us about your circumstances.
We are keen to ensure that nobody is disadvantaged.

Opening hours:

Monday from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday from 10am to 1pm, Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm, Thursday 10am to 1pm, Thursday 6pm to 9pm, Friday 10am to 1pm.
