Mental Health Recovery Peer Support

The Recovery Foundation are a registered charity, based in Erdington, offering a range of free peer support groups to improve mental health recovery outcomes.

Hope Groups teach people how to find, grow and sustain hope, when times are tough. Each of the 4 sessions is 1.5 hours long, with online and in person options and facilitated by our trained staff who also have their own Lived Experience. 

 

Rainbow Minds Matter is the Hope Group reimagined for the LGBTQIA+ community and is available as a 4 week online course. 


Creative Arts Drop-in Sessions are available in Erdington on Tuesday's and Wednesday's.


You do not need a diagnosis to access any of our support.
