Headway Birmingham and Solihull.

Headway Birmingham & Solihull provides specialist support for adults with acquired brain injury (ABI), as well as their families and carers.

They offer person-centred rehabilitation and support to help people regain independence, improve wellbeing, and reintegrate into the community. Services include assessment, tailored support packages, information and advice, emotional support, and social activities.

Programmes include:

  • 3 R’s (Recover, Regain, Rebuild) – structured rehab and life skills
  • Life Enrichment Groups – social and wellbeing activities
  • Vocational Programme – work skills, training and volunteering support
  • Vocational & Life Goals – education, qualifications and personal development
  • Community Outreach (1:1 support) – help with daily living, appointments and accessing the community

Clients can also access therapies, counselling and specialist clinics.

Support is delivered at centres in Moseley, Rubery and Sutton Coldfield, in the community, or at home.

Programmes usually run during the day, with some evening/weekend sessions. Full or half day options are available.
