Wilson Stuart School is a special school for students aged 2-19 years of age.

They cater for students from Early years all the way through to Post 16 for those students with complex physical disabilities and medical needs.

All of the students have an Education Health Care Plan in place.

Wilson Stuart is part of the Education Impact Academy Trust and staff and students work closely with our partner schools, Queensbury and Mayfield to ensure that students get the best curriculum offer.

Everything the school does is part of our ‘Get Real’ curriculum, it is about Giving Enough Time for Real life experiences and preparing students effectively for adulthood through improving their resilience and independence on a daily basis.

The curriculum is split into a number of pathways to meet the needs of the students including EYFS, Challenge, Explore, Believe and Inspire.

The team of committed staff are passionate about meeting the needs of students and provide support in our specialist provision setting.

We recognise that each learner is unique and our learning encompasses a wide range of experiences including sensory exploration, play, outdoor learning and accreditation and student progress is carefully monitored and evidenced as part of their learning journey.
