Functional Fitness Class for Seniors - West Heath Community
Weekly fitness class for over 50's. Incorporating exercises to support, strength, endurance, balance and co-ordination - essentially exercises to support you in daily life.
Class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages above 50. Variations of exercises are provided to suit different abilities.
