Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact martial art with slow intentional movements. These sessions, which are held on Mondays at 2:30pm-4pm. will help to improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance through flowing and breathing exercises. They will also help to decrease stress and fatigue!
Sessions may be held outside depending on the weather, so make sure to wear suitable clothing and footwear! This group is available for ages 14+, and all abilities are welcome!
