Chaos 2 Order provides practical and emotional support to people in Birmingham struggling with hoarding behaviours. The service is tailored, non-judgemental, and designed to help individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to make positive changes at their own pace.

Support includes:

• 1-to-1 support from trained hoarding coordinators

• Skips for individuals to fill themselves or with arranged support

• Clearance support and light cleaning (up to 2 rooms)

• Small-scale storage solutions

• Invitations to events, support groups, and talks

• Signposting to relevant services and community support

People of any age or background in Birmingham experiencing difficulties due to hoarding.
