Thanks to Forward Carers Thrive is able to offer a free 12-week programme at their gardens in Kings Heath Park. No prior experience of gardening needed!

Starts 7th November from 11.30-2.30.

*Take time out in nature with space and support for health and wellbeing

*Time to build new skills and friendships

*Indoor activities if the weather is bad!
