Our Place is a Community Interest Company supporting the whole community through the offering of advice and through the delivery of accredited training and personal development opportunities. The Community Hub offers meeting room space for external groups and agencies (chargeable). The Our Place Advice Service, funded by Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust and Sutton Coldfield NNS is an open access service offering free advice and guidance on a wide range of matters including: benefit checks, claims and appeals, housing issues, employment/unemployment matters. The support is delivered by trained volunteers and professional partner agencies including solicitors and finance/debt advisors. At Advice Service our primary aim is achieving a successful outcome for the client from the advice delivered. We seek to empower the client with support to allow them to become more resilient in the future. You are welcome to contact us for support throughout the week and one of our team will contact you to arrange a remote or face to face appointment to suit your needs and availability. Please note that we are unable to offer any form of immigration advice.
