We run a weekly Dementia Café at The Phoenix court in Castle Vale every Wednesday from 1-3pm, offering a warm, supportive space for people living with Dementia, along with their carers and family members.

Each session includes engaging and stimulating activities such as arts and crafts, gentle gardening, mindfulness exercises, music, singing, dancing, and opportunities to socialise, relax and build connections within a friendly community.

Attendees can obtain information about Dementia, its progression and its impact on individuals and families, along with guidance on local support services.
