The project is currently enabling more than 150 Carers, as well as assisting their cared-for person to get the service or support they need. Along with our carers we have supported people with various conditions, including physical conditions or disabilities, mental health issues, learning difficulties and frailty due to elderly age.

We provide information and language support, signposting and referrals, advice and advocacy, and emotional support. Depending on individual caring duties and life situation, we have supported Carers to get the following:

Carer assessment, direct payment arrangements
Welfare benefits and housing services
Transportation support
Respite care, house adaptations and equipments
