The Ageless Seniors meet at Laurel Road Community Sports Centre on Fridays from 11am until 3pm. Individuals over 50 who live locally are invited to come along to the warm space to overcome isolation and partake in a wide range of activities including resistance band fitness for seniors, colouring therapy, photography, playing vinyl records, traditional crafts, flower arranging, therapy animals, and health and nutrition workshops. All welcome.
