Wendy runs a warm, welcoming, and friendly therapeutic Arts and Crafts project at Witton Lodge Community Association at Erdington Wellbeing Hub.The project is called Wendy’s Art & Crafts and takes place every Tuesday in the group room at 1pm to 3pm.  

She has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 15 people in the group room.   The project started on April 30^th, 2024.  The activities help young and older adults with long term health conditions and disabilities to meet other people, relax and chat whilst engaging in creative arts. These activities get them out of the house, increase their social participation and help them live a healthier lifestyle; enabling them to give peer support to one another.  Wendy has a range of arts and crafts activities individuals can choose from each week and supports and problem solves if individuals need help.  Examples of the types of arts and crafts the participants have and will be engaged in are Diamond Painting, Jewellery Making, and Cross Stitich.
