Better Pathways enables people with mental health issues and learning disabilities to gain and sustain employment through offering education, volunteering and employment services.
L.I.V.E. Programme
Our 60 years of experience in supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning difficulties, and learning disabilities has inspired us to create an innovative and bespoke vocational programme.
The L.I.V.E. Programme, developed by us, is designed to provide person-centred upskilling and employment support to our participants.
Youth Promise Plus Programme
Providers within Youth Promise Plus (YPP) aim to create person-centred support for young people to support their progression into education, training and, ultimately, sustainable employment.
The Better Pathways team work alongside all YPP partners to provide collaborative, wrap-around support for young people.
Disability Inclusion Pathway
The Disability Inclusion Pathway supports adults furthest away from the labour market in achieving their vocational goals.
Neighbourhood Mental Health Team;
The Neighbourhood Mental Health Team strives to create an effortless transition from clinical care to services and organizations that offer individuals the essential support they need.
