This is a peer support group for carers of people who experience Dementia.  The group also offers people living with Dementia early support following a diagnosis which prevents them reaching crisis point and enables to plan for the future by providing information and activities.

The Dementia Carer's Hub project  includes working in partnership with 'Dementia Carer's Count' who provide education sessions and 'Age Concern' who provide Dementia Advisers.

Signposting and referrals to other services are provided along with carers assessments.

The group runs every week, Mondays from 10 am - 12pm at the United Reform Church in Pype Hayes.
