Shanti Group - Asian Mental Health
The Shanti Group supports local Asian women struggling with poor mental health through socialisation over cups of tea and crafts such as knitting, sewing, drawing and painting. The group meet at Laurel Road Community Sports Centre in Handsworth, every Friday from 12:30pm until 3pm. Individuals over 50 can be referred to the group by contacting Laurel Road Community Sports Centre.
