The Over 50s Go Getters Group meet every Tuesday morning from 10:30am until 12:30pm at the Clem dench Scouting Hut on Hamstead Hall Road. The weekly social invites women to learn practical and life skills, build self-confidence, overcome isolation, partake in yoga and have fun. Women over 50s from all backgrounds, degrees of disability, physical or mental capacity are welcome to attend the group.
