For people with dementia, their carers, family and friends to meet together to seek peer support, social interaction and information. Currently offering telephone support no cafe running at the moment. Alzheimer’s Society are offering support through  Dementia Connect on 0333 150 3456, dementia.connect@alzheimers.org.uk. At this time they are not offering face to face support however their offer is Welfare Calls. Get in touch for more information.
