our project is to support people to take an active role in volunteering in community and create volunteering opportunities and to provide them opportunities to meet other people socially.Our focus for this project is also too increase social activities, increasing confidence and empowerment.
Helping carers become or stay physically and mentally active fitness and improving physical and mental wellbeing.

Activities and support aimed at carers particularly suffering from isolation and loneliness, including recently bereaved carers.
Carers feel more supported through respite activities, peer support.
This is our main focus as a group to achieve this vision
