Edgcumbe Court in Bartley Green, a sheltered housing scheme for over 60s ran by Broadening Choices for Older People (BCOP), are working Fitnniss Wellbeing to provide wellness activities at the scheme. Fitnniss are a local exercise and wellbeing company specialising in helping older people stay active.  Classes are free to Edgcumbe Court tenants and over 60s living in the local community.  They will run for 12 months, thanks to a grant from Edgbaston Neighbourhood Network Scheme.  Pre-booking is essential as numbers are limited to 12 people per session.  If you, or someone you know, would like to take part, call Ayesha on 0121 477 2817 to reserve your space.
