Learning breathing techniques can have a profound effect on our mental and physical health. Pranayama, or the practice of controlling and regulating breath, has always been an important part of yoga. Whether you already practice yoga or not, you will find these breathing techniques beneficial.
The practice includes mindfulness, which has a strong evidence base, and is recommended by the NHS and NICE for our wellbeing.
Where: Quinborne Community Centre, Ridgacre Road, Quinton, Birmingham B32 2TW
When: Wednesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Cost: £4 per session
