Established in 1978, the Shaheed Udham Singh Welfare Trust is a Registered Charity (Number 507576) based at 346 Soho Road, Handsworth, Birmingham B21 9QL. We have been providing services to residents of Birmingham for more than 40 years.
We offer free information and advice relating to immigration, cultural social and domestic welfare. Our free drop-in Information, Advice, and Guidance Service is available on the First Floor of the building from Monday to Friday, 10am - 5:30pm daily. Our Social, Health, and Cultural Activities include a Community Cafe for local elders on Mondays and Thursdays, 11am - 2pm, and History Workshops on Wednesdays, 1pm - 4pm which run from our community hall.
The community hall is available for hire at £30 per hour; it has a capacity for 80 people theatre style and 50 with tables, disabled access, and Wi-Fi are also available. For availability and more information please contact the Centre Co-ordinator on 0121 551 4679.
