Our purpose is to work with people who are struggling with their energy bills, to provide a better understanding of costs, support with the energy related challenges, and to work towards eliminating fuel poverty within our areas. This is achieved through multiple channels, via our free advice phone line, online self-referrals, community events and home visits to particularly vulnerable clients.
