Age Concern Birmingham - Wellbeing Advice Service

Wellbeing Advisers deliver person-centred support to vulnerable people to help them live more independently.  Examples of the support offered include benefits checks, support to apply for welfare entitlements, support to apply for a blue badge, referrals to other organisations for specialist support (occupational therapy, mental health support, bereavement support etc), and support to reduce loneliness and isolation.  This service aims to support those who are most vulnerable in society, particularly those who are hidden to existing services and support networks.
