The team provides personalised information and guidance on a wide range of issues, including:
- Benefit checks to ensure you are receiving your full entitlements.
- Support with applications for Blue Badges, bus passes, and other benefit‑related schemes.
- Wellbeing assessments to help identify additional support needs.
- Help to find social groups and local activities to stay connected.
- Guidance on accessing other suitable services that may benefit you.
- The team are trained as Approved Assessors A trained OT assessor is a Trusted Assessor who has completed accredited training to carry out basic, non‑complex functional assessments that support independent living.
Drop‑In Advice Sessions
The service operates several community-based drop‑in sessions each week, making it easy for people to access support locally:
