The team provides personalised information and guidance on a wide range of issues, including:

  • Benefit checks to ensure you are receiving your full entitlements.
  • Support with applications for Blue Badges, bus passes, and other benefit‑related schemes.
  • Wellbeing assessments to help identify additional support needs.

  • Guidance on accessing other suitable services that may benefit you.
  • The team are trained as Approved Assessors A trained OT assessor is a Trusted Assessor who has completed accredited training to carry out basic, non‑complex functional assessments that support independent living.
