Women Only Slow Flow Yoga - Barefoot Yoga Harborne
A nurturing Hatha yoga class with flowing sequences, encompassing all the benefits that yoga can bring; focus, clarity, balance in emotions, less anxiety, better sleep, a stronger mind and body, and overall empathy to yourself and others. Your teacher will guide you through yoga postures to help you feel refreshed, renewed and feeling strong. Women only. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogis; options will be given. The classes are donation based - pay from £1 and held weekly on Wednesdays from 9.30 - 10.30 a.m.
