Al-Anon Family Meeting on Every Thursday 12:00-1:30pm 

The minimum age requirement for attending Al-Anon meetings is 18.

All those affected by someone else's drinking are welcome to all meetings (see day/times at top of page), please just be aware that the additional meetings listed below may also be attended by professionals. e.g. medical, educational or others interested in how Al-Anon works.

Al-Anon is a Twelve Step programme specifically for relatives and friends of alcoholics, where they can share experience, strength and hope in order to solve their common problems. (See link for more information - https://al-anonuk.org.uk/ ) 

The facilitators of this Al-Anon Family Group have said that relatives and friends of those with other addictions are also very welcome to attend.
