We seek to provide a safe space where people over 50 can make social connections and engage in fun activities to support healthier lifestyles and help reduce social isolation. Our members enjoy chatting and eating together, playing table tennis, table football and pool as well as engaging in fun quizzes and board games. We often have speakers who provide talks that are entertaining, informative and provide opportunities to try new skills. We are always seeking ways of broadening peoples horizons and improving the well being of individuals. We would love to see you. Our sessions take place on Wednesday at 11am for two hours during which we provide refreshments and a light lunch.
We also welcome those who would wish to support us by volunteering.
