Age Concern Birmingham - Telephone Befriending Service
Telephone befriending service for older people who may be housebound or have become isolated. Befriending Volunteers will telephone people. Professionals can complete a referral form or family, friends or neighbours can contact Age Concern Birmingham directly. Older people who may like to volunteer as a befriender can also contact Age Concern Birmingham - training and support will be given.
