Come along to our dementia carer support group and joining us for a nature walk at the Edgbaston Botanical Gardens that offers the opportunity to:

• Be part of a support network
• Socialise and join in with fun activities
• Share experiences and ways of coping
• Develop skills from awareness sessions
• Learn about community resources

Refreshments provided. Please note, this group meets once a month only.
