Trident Reach - Adult Services

Trident Reach supports adults experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and multiple disadvantage to build stability, independence, and wellbeing.

Support is tailored to individual needs and can include help to maintain accommodation, prevent homelessness, develop independent living skills, improve physical and mental health, address substance use, manage finances, access employment and training opportunities, and connect with wider community services.

Services are delivered through a combination of community-based support and accommodation-based provision, with a focus on building on people's strengths, aspirations, and goals. Trident Reach works closely with local authorities, health services, and community organisations to provide coordinated support where additional or specialist support is required.

Access arrangements vary between services. Referrals may be accepted from Birmingham City Council Adult Social Care, health services, commissioned community services, and other professionals. Self-referrals may also be considered.

Trident Reach's accommodation-based Adult Support services are not emergency accommodation and cannot be used as temporary accommodation or as an immediate response to rough sleeping. Anyone sleeping rough should be referred via StreetLink.
