Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice for health and wellbeing.
 

  

Suitable for all ages and experiences. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. It is very safe, and no fancy equipment is needed, so it's easy to get started. 

  

Whatever your age and ability, you will enjoy these free-flowing exercises at your own pace to help with physical well-being and mental health.
