Delivering Men ONLY cycling maintenance sessions, a basic aptitude assessment, shorter circuit training sessions and a guided excursion further afield as part of this program. 
This program will offer participants the option of attaining Bikeability Level 1 or 2 once committed to the provision. This will ensure that individuals are able to ride safely. 
Bikes will be provided via New routes Bike project at New Bigins which participants will be able to keep on completion of program.

MEN ONLU bike rides across parks in Ladywood area with the support of sessional instructors.

These sessions will be held across various sights at Aspire & Succeed in Lozells and New Bigins Church Centre.
