EBCF strives for the relief of poverty, unemployment, low levels of communication skills and isolation experienced by people in the West Midlands. Offer courses to 19 to 65 years old to enable people to find employment, career advice, etc. 

Employability Support is a voluntary programme designed to support people who are not in employment, education, or training but also anyone looking to gain a new job or more hours. Helping to upskill individuals/ cv writing/ employment support.

Currently running Hair and Beauty, Security and ESOL classes plus National Careers Service.  People can walk in to register/ waiting list available for popular courses.
