The Employment Plus Project offers Access to Employment to participants via a whole range of employability services including creating strong CV’s, assisting with job searching, providing interview techniques/preparation including mock interviews. We also have the facility to offer online qualifications.  We can offer financial support for clothes for interview and for work.  This can be to fund a DBS for clients, if required, as well as travel costs to interviews and to work in the first few weeks of a new job. We will continue with support in work if a participant needs help with their transition into employment.

 To summarise, we offer an inclusive, bespoke service and will support clients from all backgrounds, whatever their barriers and needs and will work with them to improve/enhance their employability skills and move them closer to, and where possible. into employment.
