The Deaf Cultural Centre houses a variety of services which empower and support citizens to improve quality of life. They work with a range of people including deaf, deafened, deafblind, hard of hearing, have a Visual Impairment or PAN disability. BID also provide an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service to citizens of Birmingham with hearing loss.
