Information helpline providing services city wide including Yardley. The helpline provides information, advice, and guidance on all aspects of disability including welfare benefits, debt advice, statutory services, and social and leisure activities. Where possible the team can also provide home visits to clients to support with the completion of forms and paperwork via their scribe service. The service is free and clients can self-refer through the helpline.
