Birmingham Carers Strategy

Birmingham Carers Partnership Strategy 2024-29

The Birmingham Carers Partnership Strategy 2024 to 2029 explains our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of all Carers in Birmingham.

This strategy has been co-produced with Carers and reflects their recommendations. It was also created with help from:

  • Birmingham City Council
  • Birmingham Children's Trust
  • NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board
  • Local delivery partners from the voluntary and community sectors

Working with these organisations made sure that the strategy aligns with the

  • Care Act 2014 provisions for carers.
  • Priorities identified in the Think Local Act Personal guidance, "Making it real" for carers

A copy of the strategy can be found here: Birmingham Carers Partnership Strategy 2024 to 2029
