FREE Breath Yoga - Online

FREE Weekly Breath Yoga class delivered through the Active Wellbeing Society. Breath yoga can improve participants physical and mental wellbeing, reduce stress, develop relaxation and help participants to develop Mindfulness with simple exercises that are suitable for all ages and abilities. Spaces are limited so please contact Ameet Gauher to book your space.

Who is it for: Anyone and all abilities welcome
When:Weekly on Tuesdays at 6.30 p.m. for 1 hour
Where: Online on Zoom

If you wish to attend a FREE breathwork (Pranayama) class, please follow the two steps below.

1. Registration: Please use the following link to register https://www.kineticinsightpro.com/birmingham/ . Once registered, please note your unique TAWS number as you have to provide this to the instructor when attending the class.

2. Post registration, please email the virtual team at virtualwb@theaws.orgYou will then be sent a link and password to join the class. The class name is: 'Pranayama with Ameet'.

Ameet also offers in person breath yoga sessions at Quinborne Community Centre on Thursdays between 12:3 - 13:30.
