- Social Worker Drop-in Sessions
Our community social work teams have drop-in sessions across the city for general advice and information. These sessions are an opportunity for people with lower level social care needs to have an initial discussion and provide some light touch support, advice and information.
They can cover issues around:
- social isolation,
- carers support,
- home safety,
- aids and equipment,
- dementia,
- mental health,
- learning difficulties,
- physical disabilities
For other social care support and services, you can contact us via our referral process.
If you require urgent support, you should use our emergency contact information which can be found on the Birmingham City Council webpage.
